Albert has assessments aligned to AP®, College Entrance, and State Assessments. Our full-length exams include the same number of and type of questions students will encounter on the real test.

Assigning from a Subject

To assign all exam questions for students to complete in a single sitting, follow these directions:

  1. Navigate to your subject and find the Assessments tab.

  2. Find your desired assessment.

  3. Click on the three dots (or “kabobs”) next to the assessment title. [Pro-tip]: Ensure you’ve selected the kabob next to the assessment title, not one of the sections below.

  4. Click Assign All. This action will assign all of the questions in the assessment.

  5. On the Assignments Settings page, add the suggested time as a time limit for the assessment. In the example below, the teacher would input a time limit of 180 minutes.

Note: If you would like to assign exam sections separately so students can take a break between sections or so exams can be assigned over multiple days, follow the same steps as above, simply selecting the three dots next to the assessment section you intend to assign.

Assigning using Assignment Builder

You can also use Assignment Builder to assign an assessment. This will allow you to customize student settings and otherwise tailor the exam to the needs of your class.

  1. Click the Assignment dropdown and select New Assignment. Give your assignment a title and click Add Questions.

  2. Select Add next to Subjects & Topics. Search for your class subject.

  3. Click Assessments to preview a list of assessments available for your subject.

  4. Noting the suggested time limit, select the checkbox next to your desired assessment, then click Apply.

5. Without adjusting any filters, click View X# Questions.

6. Select Quick Add Questions, and add all questions.

7. Click Done Adding to preview the assessment.

8. Click Recipient Settings to add classes, set the time limit, select a due date and more.

9. Click Assign to send your assessment to your students!
