When creating an assignment, you can randomize the order that questions appear for students completing the assignment. Although the questions will be the same, randomizing their order is a helpful option when you want students to complete their work individually.
If assigning from the Assignment Builder:
Select the class(es) you plan on assigning an assignment.
In Recipient Settings, you can select Randomize Question Order. This can be done as the default settings for all classes, for a single class, or you can customize select students to randomize their question order.
Submit your assignment and your selected students will receive their questions in a randomized order.
If assigning from a Folder:
Select the class(es) you plan on assigning an assignment.
In Assignment Options, you can select Randomize Question Order to randomize the question order for all students.
Submit your assignment and all students will receive their questions in a randomized order.
Note: Once students submit assignments, questions will return to the standard order making for easy, whole-class review!
