The elimination tool hides answers you think are incorrect before you submit your answer. This test-taking technique, known as the process of elimination, helps you narrow in on the correct answer.
Here's how to remove answer choices:
Decide which answer choice to eliminate.
Click the eye icon on the right side to hide the answer choice.
Click the eye icon again to unhide the answer choice.
Select and submit your answer from the choices that are left
Then select and submit your answer from the narrowed-down list.
Note: The elimination tool still works while Highlights & Notes is on, so you can cross out choices and highlight text on the same question. You'll need to turn off Highlights & Notes to submit your answer. Learn how to highlight and take notes.
