We take the handling of data for children seriously at Albert.

Students under 13 years of age can only use Albert with an active school license and parental consent collected either by Albert directly or through their school.

Parents can email us at schools@albert.io to request that we delete their child's account and associated data, thereby ceasing the use or collection of such data from their child.
