After creating an assignment on Albert, you can monitor the Assignments Report in order to view student progress on the assignment as students are completing it.

In order to do so, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Home tab and select Assignments from the menu on the left.

  2. Find the assignment for which you'd like to view data and click the View Report icon to the right of the assignment name.

You can also click on the Reports tab and click on your assignment from the Reports Homepage under Recent Assignments:

As students are working through the assignment, you can refresh the Assignment Report as many times as you'd like to monitor student progress. Refresh by clicking the circular arrow in the top-right of the report:

To review draft guesses made by students in real-time, hover over the student name and then click the blue Drilldown arrow. This will allow you to see the accuracy of the guesses a student has made during their practice.

You can also click their submission status and click View Submission to see the submission itself.

If an assignment has Secure Mode enabled, you may see an Auto Submitted status for students whose assignment was submitted automatically due to violations. From this view, you can:

  • View Lockdown Violations to see a timestamped record of each violation by clicking on the Auto Submitted badge

    • Alternatively, you can click the Actions dropdown to view the same information

  • Reset Submission Status to clear the student's violation history and allow them to resume the assignment:
