As an admin, you control which teachers have access to your school's license. To view which teachers are pending, have a full license access, or free license access follow these steps:
Click into the Admin tab at the top of the page.
Select the Manage Staff Licenses tab.
Click on Review Needed, All Staff, or Invites to view which teachers are in each category.
What is the difference between Review Needed, All Staff, and Invites?
Review Needed: Teachers who have created their Albert accounts and are pending full or free license access.
All Staff: All teachers with a full license or free license are listed here.
Full License Access: Teachers have access Premium Question Banks and Adaptive Practice, as well as Albert's powerful data reports.
Free License Access: Teachers do not have access to the Premium Question Banks but will still have access to Adaptive Practice, including creating classes, inviting students, and viewing basic adaptive performance data.
Invites: Teachers who were invited onto the school's license and have not yet created an account.
Note: You can resend all signup emails to pending teachers by clicking Resend All.
