As an admin, you control which teachers have access to your school's license. To view which teachers are pending, approved, or rejected from your license access follow these steps:

  1. Click into the Admin tab at the top of the page.

  2. Select the Manage Staff Licenses tab.

  3. Click on Review Needed, Sent Invites, Full License Access, or No License Access to view which teachers are in each category.

What is the difference between Review Needed, Sent Invites, Full License Access, and No License Access?

  1. Review Needed: Teachers who have created their Albert accounts and have neither been approved to use your school's license nor rejected from using the license.

  2. Sent Invites: Teachers who were invited onto the school's license and have not yet created an account.

  3. Full License Access: Teachers who you or another school admin have approved to use your school license including all adaptive and question bank subjects, as well as Albert's powerful data reports.

  4. No License Access: Teachers who you or another school admin has rejected, meaning that they are not approved and are not able to use your school's license to premium question banks or our most powerful data reports. Teachers with no license access are still able to use Albert's suite of adaptive subjects, including creating classrooms and inviting students and viewing basic adaptive performance data.

Note: You can approve all pending teachers by clicking Approve All.

Note: Additionally, you can resend all signup emails to pending teachers by clicking Resend All.
