Changing the title of an assignment is done easily by following these steps:
Go into your Classes tab and choose the class for which the assignment was created.
Select the Assignments subtab for that class.
Click the Actions button next to the assignment and select Settings.
Click Next to skip changing the assignment recipients.
Change the assignment title and select Submit.
