Overview
Adaptive Practice data lives in a different place than your Assignment reports. Because Adaptive Practice is not a traditional assignment, you won't find it under the Assignments tab in Reports. Instead, Albert provides dedicated reporting tools within each Adaptive Subject to track your students' progress.
Where to Find Adaptive Reports
Adaptive Reports are easily accessed from within the Adaptive subject itself.
Navigate to the Library from the top navigation menu.
Select the Adaptive Subject you want to review (e.g., Adaptive Math, Adaptive ELA).
From there, you have two options:
Compare Classes — Toggle this on for a quick, high-level overview.
View in Reports — Click this for detailed, drill-down reporting.
Important: Only classes that have Adaptive Practice enabled will appear in your reports. If you don't see a class listed, make sure you've turned on Adaptive Practice for that class in the Practice Settings dropdown.
Comparing Classes at a Glance
The Compare Classes view gives you a quick snapshot of how each of your classes is performing overall.
Inside the Adaptive Subject, toggle on Compare Classes in the top area of the page.
You'll see a high-level comparison of class averages, including proficiency levels and overall engagement.
To dive in deeper, click View in Reports from this view.
Pro-Tip: This is a great starting point to see which class periods may need additional support or are excelling.
Viewing Reports by Class
By default, when viewing an Adaptive Report, you will see student data across ALL classes. Here's how you can view individual student data within specific classes:
From the Adaptive Subject, select a skill and click View in Reports to view individual student performance.
To view student data from a specific class, use the class filter to select a specific class or period.
After selecting your class(es), click Apply Filters to view the data for those specific students.
Understanding the Adaptive Report Data
Once you're in the detailed report view, you'll find several layers of information available:
Proficiency Levels
Each student's current level is displayed for every skill they've practiced:
Beginner — The student is working on easy to moderate questions.
Intermediate — The student has leveled up to moderate and hard questions.
Advanced — The student is tackling mostly hard questions.
Attempts
The report shows the total number of questions each student has answered for a specific skill. This helps you understand not just where a student is, but how much effort they've put into practicing.
Accuracy
By default, accuracy is hidden. To view accuracy data for each student:
Click the Column Options button on the top right corner.
Toggle on Accuracy.
You will now see a color-coded accuracy for each student.
Pro-tip: Use the sorting arrow to group students by performance to make instructional adjustments.
Drill-Down Options
To dive deeper into individual student data, click the blue arrows in the report to drill deeper into your students’ data.
You can explore:
Questions — See how students answered individual questions within a skill.
Standard — Align reporting to your curriculum standards to see performance by standard.
