Learn how students can sign up for Albert using Google or Clever single sign-on, or via Class Code.

Note: If your school does not have school email accounts for students, they will need to create accounts on Albert using their personal emails. Please contact success@albert.io with questions.

Creating an Account

If your school does not allow students to receive emails on their school email accounts, students must use a single sign-on option to sign up for Albert.

  1. Students must click Sign Up in the top right corner of the homepage.

  2. If your school uses Google accounts: Students can then create their accounts by clicking the Log in with Google button.

  3. If your school uses Clever: Students can create their accounts by clicking the Log in with Clever button.

  4. Students should then click I’m a Student

Note: At this time, Albert is integrated with Clever and supports single sign-on. If you are interested in Clever Rostering, please reach out to success@albert.io.

Enrolling Students in your Class

If your school does not allow students to receive emails to their student email account, you must enroll students using the Class Code or one of our LMS rostering options.

To enroll students using the class code, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Classes tab.

  2. Choose your class and click Invite Students.

  3. Select the button that says Display class code.

  4. Instruct students to create their accounts on Albert and enroll in your classroom using this unique class code.
