How do I invite or enroll my students into a class?

There are two ways to invite students to a class: 

  1. Class  enrollment  code. 

    You can view your 6-digit class enrollment code in your class Settings tab or on the Manage Roster page.   Provide this code to your students.

    After creating their accounts, students will need to click on Join Class and enter the enrollment code. They will then be enrolled in your class. 
  2. Email invite. 

    Click into a classroom and navigate to the Manage Roster tab. Enter student email addresses where indicated. Click Send Invitations. Students will be sent an email that includes a link prompting them to create an Albert account. Once the students click the link and create their accounts, they will be enrolled in your classroom. 

    After students join your classroom, they will need to be granted licenses in order to have full access to the subject area of interest. To learn how to grant licenses, click here
